This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through The Soto Shack  via our website or any associated sales platforms. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Standard processing time for most products is 3–7 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items (including DTF prints, custom apparel, embroidery, and specialty projects) may require additional processing time, typically 5–14 business days, depending on design complexity and workload.

  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

If we experience unusually high order volume or delays due to supply availability, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen shipping method.

Estimated shipping times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The carrier used may vary based on order size, destination, and shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. Additional time may be required for remote or rural areas.

International Shipping (optional section)

If applicable:

The Soto Shack offers limited international shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–30 business days.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when available. Some small or specialty items may not include tracking, depending on the shipping service used.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout.

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

  • For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion based on carrier findings.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
