These Terms & Conditions  govern your access to and use of The Soto Shack website, services, and products . By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

1. General Information

The Soto Shack  provides custom designs, DTF prints, apparel, embroidery services, and related products. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders placed are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or violation of these Terms.

  • Once an order is placed, changes cannot be guaranteed. Custom-made items may not be altered after production begins.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept payments via secure third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).

  • We do not store or handle your full payment information.

  • By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges, taxes, and fees associated with the purchase.

5. Custom Designs & User Content

If you submit artwork, images, or materials (“User Content”) for a custom order, you agree that:

  • You own the rights to the content OR have obtained permission to use it.

  • You grant The Soto Shack a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

  • You understand that quality of the final product depends on the quality of the materials you provide.

  • You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to refuse any design or content that violates these standards.

6. Production & Turnaround Times

Processing and production times vary depending on order size, design complexity, and workload. All timeframes provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supply issues, shipping carriers, or other factors outside our control.

7. Shipping

All shipping terms, delivery estimates, and policies are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated therein.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of many of our products:

  • Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • Standard (non-custom) items may be eligible for return according to our Refund/Return Policy.

  • Orders may only be canceled within a limited timeframe; cancellation requests are not guaranteed after production begins.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including images, logos, product designs, text, and branding—belongs to The Soto Shack unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or Services for any unlawful or harmful activities, including:

  • Violating laws or regulations

  • Uploading malicious software

  • Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the site

  • Harassment, fraud, or abuse of any kind

Custom-printed items may vary slightly in color due to screen differences, materials, and production methods.
